Victor Chang Foundation Surgical Fellowships are awarded to surgeons from Asia for training in all areas of cardiac surgery with particular focus on heart transplant surgery at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney. Fellows work with a cardiac surgeon mentor for one year as an integral, hands-on part of the unit, including donor organ retrieval.
