Register online during the FMUSP CCEx window (12:00 on 6 Oct 2026 to 16:00 on 6 Nov 2026) via https://www.fm.usp.br/ccex/programas-de-formacao-profissional/complementacao-especializada, uploading CRM (Brazil), residency diploma/declaration (CNRM-recognised, issued <6 months) and a 3x4 photo, and pay the R$620 registration fee. Departmental selection 23 Nov 2026 – early Jan 2027; first-call results 19 Jan 2027.
