About Ong Kim Kiat
Ong graduated from the National University of Singapore and undertook further training in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, neonatal cardiac surgery and arrhythmia surgery. His clinical interests include pediatric cardiac surgery and coronary bypass surgery. He helped establish pediatric cardiac surgical training at Singapore General Hospital during the 1980s.
