Kawasaki Aortic Center, described on its recruitment page as Japan's only medical centre dedicated to treating aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection, accepts operative and facility observation at any time, whether the visitor is a student, resident or a doctor who has finished training. Its English page states it has accepted overseas fellows and observers since 2003.
